How I work
I run lean and async by design. You get written updates and shared documentation instead of a calendar full of check-ins that could have been an email. Engagements are billed hourly with full transparency, so there’s never a question about where your investment is going.
Do we need to be on calls together?
Rarely. When something calls for a live conversation, we’ll have one.
I need something specific built, not a full strategy engagement. Is that still a fit?
Yes. Plenty of engagements start narrow. I’ll flag a larger opportunity if I see one, but you set the scope.
Do you work with early-stage founders, or established organizations?
Both. I have experience with early-stage builds and established nonprofit infrastructure.

A bit more about me
I write and publish Amplify Respect, a newsletter to inspire less anxiety and more hope about being trans. I hold a black belt in Kokikai Aikido. Most of my best strategic thinking happens on the road, somewhere between a trailhead and a coffee shop with decent WiFi. I write and work from wherever I’ve parked that week.
