In our work at Rey Katz Creative Solutions we strive to uplift people whose work centers around education, respect, care, and helping underprivileged people have better lives.

Rey (they/them) is a non-binary, queer, trans, neurodivergent person. 

If you are Black, Indigenous, a person of color, LGBTQIA2S+, queer, trans, disabled, neurodivergent, you and your work are welcome and supported here. Feel free to bring as much or as little as is comfortable of your identities to our work.

We understand that disabled people and people from marginalized communities may work at a more sustainable pace or require accommodations. Please just let us know how you work best and we will do our best to accommodate. Examples can include: voice notes instead of text chats or vice versa, video calls with camera or mic off, flexible cancellation of meeting times, email coordination instead of meetings.
